What is the email/password for a newly installed on-prem Hivemanager NG?

Admin/aerohive works for the config portal (port 3000), but not for the email/password for the Hivemanager portal. This is a fresh ova install from this file: hmva-signed-12.8.2.2-NGVASEP18-2018-09-19-aerohive.ova. Attached is a screenshot of the portal login.

The email and password would be set up during the deployment process. If you're unsure what was set here, and if you can determine what email address would have been used here, you can use the forgot password option to reset the password as a work around.

When deploying the ova, I didn't see a place to set an email. After it was deployed, I consoled in as netcfg to set the IP and that's about the only things I could set. Then I logged into the admin webui (port 3000), but there's still nowhere to set it. I've tried my aerohive account passwords, but with no luck.

Also, there's no forgot password option.

You should see the forgot password option directly below the login option. If that is not visible, I would recommend opening a case or redeploying as that would indicate an issue with the deployment.

Its not there. (see screenshot in original post) I've redeployed once. I could try to download the ova again, but the downloads page is blank again. I'll open a case.
