Yes, for 1 and 2 you'll want to go to Monitor> Click on the host name of the ATOM> Go to Interface settings> Check the boxes next to backhaul and client access.

For 3, you'll want to go to Configure> Open the Network Policy to be used on the ATOM> Go to Device Templates> Create a new template for the ATOM> Configure the port to be an access port instead of an uplink port.
