    <description>&lt;P&gt;Indeed the timezone is not the one of the AP (not sure if this is the root cause) it should be PST. But the console is indeed GMT +0. ( console in Europe, AP in US)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For the tech data, I do not have this option in Tools-&amp;gt;Utilities. Let me contact the super admin for this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can get tech data by going to Tools&amp;gt; Utilities&amp;gt; Get tech data&amp;gt; Check the box next to the AP&amp;gt; Get tech data (blue button at the top of the page this time). &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Could you make sure your firewall is allowing UDP 123, which would be the port we pass NTP traffic over? We'll need to get the AP on the correct time zone for IDM services to work properly with your APs. &lt;/P&gt;</description>
