I set up new virtual machine HM NG 12.8.0.3-NGVA. I want to test mail connection and I get response: Unable to send test message: Failed messages: com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPSendFailedException: 550 5.7.60 SMTP; Client does not have permissions to send as this sender

What is wrong?

Hello,

Are you attempting to send with or without Credentials?

I believe as long as you have the correct server and credentials, the test will pass, as anonymous-SMTP is not featured in NG on-premise.

We have updated our SMTP settings to not require an email format for the user name. You will want to use the latest version of HiveManager (19.5.1.7 at the moment) to take advantage of this update.
