How to setup captive portal

Using Hivemanager NG, I try to setup a captive portal without RADIUS backend, as specified by the option `Redirect to external URL for authentication` instead of `Authentication via RADIUS server`.

However, whatever I do I get the `The RADIUS Server Group setting is missing` when trying to save the wireless network.

Does anybody have more information on this?

I don't believe that is expected behavior and I get the same results in my lab. Would you be able to open a technical support case for this issue? If you are unable to open a case, please email me at communityhelp@aerohive.com and we'll see what options we have.

Hello Sam,

I succeeded going further by creating a local database RADIUS Server Group, but I’d like not to use this at all if possible, and only rely on External URL for Authentication.

I have sent an email to communityhelp@aerohive.com on the issue, as I am unable to open a case on this portal.
