The last section (CE vs W) indicates the region code the AP should be on. The base skew is AH-AP-130-AC-XX and the description of this is: AP130, indoor plenum rated, 2 radio 2x2:2 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, 1 10/100/1000 Ethernet port, without power supply (Internal Antenna only). Includes HiveManager Connect & HiveCare Community. (Regulatory Domains available: FCC, CE, W (World))

I would recommend that you use the AH-AP-130-AC-W version for France.

I would also recommend checking the order entry directly when purchasing the device to verify the origin country, just to make sure it gets the correct country code as well.
