Do you mean the Kiosk app? Unfortunately that was a beta which has ended, so it is no longer supported.

If you mean the IDM Kiosk paired with HiveManager Classic, could you tell me what you see when you try to reach the Kiosk?

yes, it is the Kiosk app.

Do you think that I can install IDM Kiosk instead ? May be, it could resolve my problem.

If you're using HiveManager Classic and want to purchase a subscription to IDM as well, then you can use that instead but there is a cost associated with using IDM. I don' t have any pricing information on it, you'd want to talk to your sales engineer to see how much that would be. If you're using ExtremeCloud IQ, IDM is part of the GUI but we don't have a Kiosk option available for ExtremeCloud IQ set ups per say. We have things that are close, we can set up self registration via a CWP.

It is from Nederland.

I installed it on my iPad and it works perfectly.

The bad news is that is not free. A the moment, I can use it for ten days. I am looking for buying a licence.
