How do you configure an AP250 to have one radio transmit 802.11b.

I've tried to configure a new radio profile and apply it to the 2.5 Ghz antenna but the devices that require 802.11b can't see the SSID

Have you pushed a complete configuration out to the APs with this change? If we have done this already, could you send tech data from one of the APs so I can take a look at the running configuration it's using? Please feel free to send that to Communityhelp@aerohive.com.

Thank you for that tech data. I don't see the radios using 802.11b in the running configuration, which would explain things. We'll need to open a support ticket for this issue. If you can let me know the case number you are emailed after you submit the case, I'll attach the data you've already sent me and fill in my notes so they know what I've found so far.
