Aerohive AP250 crashed during version upgrade

Hello,
I am having 2 aerohive AP250. During the upgrade to the new version. I accidentally cut off the power. All of them have crashed now it can't work, can't get IP from router. The LED is white and unreachable.
What should I do ?

Connect a console cable to the AP and SSH into it using Putty or you SSH client of choice and see what the AP is doing as it boots. If it boots to a command prompt the OS is OK if not you will have to flash the OS using TFTP. You will need to download the OS from the Extreme support page or I may be able to provide it for you. I can also provide the instructions to flash the OS. If you have a support agreement with Extreme you can open a case and they will help you with this procedure..
