How to enable super admin rights for other users?

I have to enable device licenses fpr 5 new devices in HiveManager NG. In the settings I am unable to open the license management. In another topic I read that I need special super admin rights.

Can you tell me how to enable the super admin rights? We found nothing in the HiveManager, there is just the role "Administrator".

If you can email me your VHM ID (Silhouette icon> Global Settings> VHM Management) at communityhelp@aerohive.com, I can tell you who your current super admins are and how to make new super admins. The process depends on what HiveManager platform you are using, and whether or not you have a CID synced with your account, which I'll be able to confirm for you.
