    <description>&lt;P&gt;That usually means the Radius set up is not able to link to the external Radius database (AD). Are you using Radius? If so, can you confirm that during the set up of the Radius server in HiveManager the AP was able to connect successfully with the external database we're linking to?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
