Hi, I am not able to control hivemanager cloud. What should I do. I read there are instructions to update the new firmware but I don't have the offline firmware.
what should I do.

Hello, you can find the SR2300 firmware (which includes HiveAgent version updates) on this page on our Portal, under Products.

The IQAgent 1.1.31 is what you're looking for in that screenshot. Hiveagent was its previous branding name, sorry for any confusion.
