Unable to update switch SR2024P

Current switch version is 6.5r4

When ever I try to update the switch I get this error:

"The CLI 'save config https://cloud-va2.aerohive.com:443/afs-webapp/configuration/30604/E01C41530380-deviceFull.config current admin VHM-SGBCRUBZ password *** basic no-prompt' execute failed, cause by: The Aerohive device was unable to save the configuration to flash memory. Reboot the Aerohive device and try again. If this problem persists, contact Aerohive Support."

I have rebooted the device numerous time and also factory reset but unable to get the update.

Hi Hughlon,

We have a couple of option on updating switch switches. The standard for SR2024P is 6.5r12 so this is the version that we want to upload.

One option is if you have a Hivemanger classic to transfer the switch to classic and update their. Then Add is back to your cloud Hivemanger.

The second is to console into the SR2024P and download the firmware from the HiveCommmunity download page. You can gain access to the file by emailing the Mod at Communtiyhelp@aerohive.com for the file. I hope I helped a bit with your issue.
