• Build 10.0r1 – Clients constantly disassociated from AP or can’t connect

• Build 10.0r3 – Clients can connect but any form of configuration update resets the Aps radio profiles back to defaults and can’t be changed via Hivemanager. Only fix is to downgrade back to 10.0r1, push a configuration update then upgrade again without a configuration update.

• Some older laptops cannot see any SSID’s on the 650’s regardless of the radio profile in use (g/n/ac/ax). Driver update fixed the issue but we need to know what version we need to run for 650 support.

• Certain 650’s in our estate will not upgrade to 10.0r3. When attempting an upgrade HM shows upgrade in process, the ap reboots but it’s still on version r1. This only seems to be affecting specific Aps.

We are running HM On premise - 12.8.3.1

Any help would be great.

Regarding point 4 - I've also tried resetting to factory and starting again and we get the same issue.

We're only testing one 650 and have not noticed any issues yet, FYI, we were running r1 and just updated to r4. Have you run client monitor for issues 1-3? Which version of HiveManager?

We are running HM On premise - 12.8.3.1

As mentioned above it varies per AP. I can't see 10.0r4 available on the community pages.

Hey,

I've managed to upgrade our HM(although the controller needed a manual reboot as he didn't come back properly by himself), i can't add the version of HiveOS you suggested:

Cannot upload firmware AP650-10.0r4.img.S on 2.

@Sam Pirok do you have any advice?

Thanks for letting me know the error you're seeing. I just confirmed that 10.0r4 isn't currently supported on the latest VA yet.
