It's hard to say without looking at your current configuration set up. Since your account has support, I'd recommend opening a support ticket so an engineer can review your configuration with you. Is there any info on the Data Sheets about Google through Secure LDAP? I'd like to read up on this too.

The devices wont do it themselves (unless they added functionality over the last 6 months), so I used a raspberry pi with FreeRadius on it, using this link as a general guide: https://community.ui.com/questions/Guide-to-get-Unifi-FreeRadius-Google-LDAP-G-Suite-set-up-in-docker/36af593f-73b1-4943-8e22-9a81b10db9ae

We have created a Gsuite (also azure / Office365) solution for Aerohive. We are looking for companies that want to test it.

Users can login with their Gsuite credentials and receive a PPSK. You can define in which user group we create the ppsk based on groups in Gsuite. You can also choose to block certain groups. If the user leave the company/school we automatically delete the ppsk. So everything is in sync.

Solution is fully cloud based, multi tenant and you can make a connection with Aerohive in 2 minutes.
