Hi thanks for you reply.
I’m using hivemanager classic and IDmanager (cloud)

I would like to change the login used. By default it’s phone number I would prefer to use email address.

Thank you for your patience, I've been looking for a way to set the user name type but I'm not seeing it in the classic IDM set up. I would like to try not requiring a phone number at all if that would work for your set up, to see if we can get it to default over to email address in that scenario. Would that be something you'd be able to try?
