You will want to purchase either Partner support or Select support in order to have access to our downloads. Otherwise, you can use our online HiveManager platforms at cloud.aerohive.com. If you can send me a sales order showing your support purchase at communityhelp@aerohive.com, I can enable proper permissions for you on Hive Community.

we have bought 12 Aerohives, including licenses. Please see attchment.
So please can I get the Hivemanager?
