Thank you for letting us know, I've emailed you directly with the firmware files you'll need and a guide that reviews how to update firmware via the Web UI of the device. Please let me know if you have any further trouble updating the devices.

the image file does not match the device series type. "

My ap is AP370 HiveOS 6.0r2c release build.

Thank you for letting me know. I have sent you an older firmware version, could you try to update to that and let me know if you still trouble updating the AP?

The 6.5r2 version is also still giving the same error.
