This means the update is still scheduled to happen at the next available opportunity, but is not currently happening, due to the server/HiveManager performing other tasks/updates at that moment. If a device is stuck in this state, removing and re-adding it to the HiveManager inventory will resolve this issue for you.

I'm stuck with the same issue currently.

I tried to migrate a school wing from HMOL Classic to HMOL NG only to find that to support the number of user profiles I have (21) the AP230's must be upgraded past 8.1.x. I tried to push the latest golden to those 17 AP's and they are all stuck queued and are not trying it seems!

The update finally went to my AP's after pending for about 40 minutes.

We were having the same issue in our lab, but they just went through as well. Please let me know if you have any further issues with this.

I'm have the same issue with a new 650, i've just put it on our network so will wait be it for over an hour to see if it clears.

It updated after 50mins, i think patience is required !, trouble is i think we want it to happening in seconds these days.
