AP630 problem - AP not on channel - do you know how to fix this?

Hi,

I recently onboarded my first AP630 . And it doesn't work properly. I checked the logs and I see this message:

2019-03-28 12:48:24 info kernel: [wifi]: wl0.2: wlc_probresp_filter_probe_request: AP not ON channel. Not processing further

AP630 is running OS 10.0r1, HiveManager Build Version: 12.8.2.2-NGVASEP18.

Do you know what's wrong?

Hi Marek,

It's not an error I've come across but the things I'd look at would be as follows:

First of all I'd look to update it to 10.0r4 and see if the error is still present.

Secondly, I'd run the command "show acsp" to see if the AP had selected a channel or if it was scanning. Also are either of the wifi interfaces in sensor mode as opposed to client access?

I tried to follow your advice. Unfortunately I'm straggling with OS update t o10.0r4. Simply can't upload it to HM for some reason.
