I have an ap130, whose health percentage is low 61% against other ap, how can I improve this situation?

Hi Yedid, it looks like your SNR stats are the primary issue with that AP at the moment. I would recommend following the steps in this guide to help improve your SNR standing.

Does that option come in the cloud controller? or is it directly on the ap?

The SNR settings are managed in the cloud controller, is that what you are asking?

Yes, however I can't find the option to enable within extreme cloud

It's under the Advanced Settings of the Radio Profile settings.

You can get there via the Network Profiles>Device Templates or Configure>Common Objects>Policy>Radio Profiles and then click the profile used by that AP.
