650 with NG Cloud - newest. It works fine with Android 9, but not older versions. Also IPHONE with 12 IOS is not recognised. Other devices like Chromebooks, Windows, works like charm.

You can pull tech data from an AP that has recently been associated with one of the unclassified devices and search for the client connection. You should find a number thread associated to the client that you would use to create an OS object in the HM.

Yes, I forget both IPAD and IPHONE uses same DHCP 55 fingerprint so that won't work.

The question is why that does not work with new NG cloud version???

I can confirm Aerohive has issue with OS classification for Android, IPHONE and IPAD, rest are working just great. I understand this may be something new but as far as I remember that did not work with classic HM either. I was able tested Meraki and all three worked like charm. I really want to have that working with Aerohive. Unless you advise me other way classifying Android | Ipads| Iphone.

Thank you

Can you please attempt to create and apply an AC 5GHz radio profile instead of the default AX 5GHz radio profile and see if you can replicate the issue?
