(The CLI 'save image https://...... basic no prompt' execute failed,

cause by: The Aerohive device was unable to save the image to flash memory. Reboot the Aerohive device and try again. If this

problem persits, contact Aerohive Support)

Can you tell me what HiveOS the AP121 is using currently?

Currently the version 6.5r4 is used.

Thank you for letting me know, I've emailed you the firmware file directly along with a guide that reviews how to update firmware via the Web UI. Could you try updating that way and let me know if you still have an issue?
