    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm not able to help with creating a case, but are you able to get a console connection to the AP to see if it is booting? If the AP cannot connect to the redirector it won't change off orange and you won't see a  LED change by pressing the reset either. Is this just one AP and others are working on the same port?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Description below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It was tested on two different switches with poe&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, he does not get up. After connecting it is permanently lit orange. The reset button does not give - the lack of reaction constantly greyscale orange. The address gets but you can not enter it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wojciech&lt;/P&gt;</description>
