I dont see an option to edit this question. So here there is some more info:

I have an AP230 on an old

https://myhive.aerohive.com site. Since it's is not online anymore I cannot login. Also my login details are not know with the new aerohive portal cloud-ie.aerohive.com. So I created a new account and want to add the AP. But its stating that it's still in another VHM. Can someone please help?

Normally https://myhive.aerohive.com is still online. If your login isn't working you need to create a support ticket for it. If you don't have the right contacts. Send me an email and I will dot it for you (jonas@complit.be).

If you have the login. You can delete the access point under the monitor tab.
