If you've tried different power sources, preferably power sources that are working for other APs, and the AP still won't start, you'll likely need an RMA for that device.

you will probably find that holding a paperclip reset also does nothing, the AP won't even reboot for a reset, the button is basically not working no matter how long you keep it in.

Very common here, have replaced over a dozen in 2 years
