when you enable the client classification policy in a personal wpa / wa´2 psk ssid, specifying only the os object does not reassign the user profile.

You'll want to get a packet capture that includes a DHCP handshake for the client in question. If you can send that packet capture to me at communityhelp@aerohive.com along with the MAC address of the device in question, I can tell you the option 55 parameters for that device.
