I have found that, thank you. I appreciate it. However I am still not able to connect to my access points. I purchased what appears to be excess legacy access points from EBAY. They were new - in box, and were sold by a company that sells excess equipment. I have a small nursery and just want to be able to cover my area around the greenhouse. I get an error message when I try to access the units "Error 9 The device appears to be in use by another VHM." . I suspect that the original buyer purchased a group of these and they were added to his VHM awaiting installation. How can I get the serial numbers removed from the other VHM?

@bubba did that serial number transfer work out and are you able to see the AP under your free VHM connect? Thank you
