The problem was that we could not push any configuration out to our accesspoint. After a long search our consultant find out that Hivemanger have gone back to its default dns 208.67.222.222.

Under Hivemanager manager it is still the right DNS.

Our consultant have to remove the captive web portal before he can change the DNS address.

How can this happen ?

is it a bug or ?

Best regard

jan Boje

I think you'd want to open a technical support case for this, the DNS for the HiveManager shouldn't change on its own and the CWP DNS should only affect clients so I'm not sure how that would have resolved the issue for you.
