Network 360 / Authentication Service

Hello community,

we have an SSID with 802.1x Authentication. If I go to Network 360 Monitor / Services, Authentication, I still see N/A for RADIUS authentication.

Any idea what could be wrong?

I believe you'll need to enable "Automatic Synthetic Traffic Generation"

Network policy > additional settings > Device Data Collection And Monitoring > RADIUS Authentication

Hi Ahley, we see a lot of Rejected auth requests using username AerohiveProbe. This is the synthetic traffic? Is there any option to change the username or get the right password for this user?

I'd presume so yes, as on the CloudIQ side it's only checking to see if the RADIUS server is available for authentication requests. There's not any way I know of, may be worth putting in a feature request? @Sam Pirok

Sorry for the wait here, I looked in to this for you and I think this is more of a bug than a feature request. We'd want to file a support case so we can gather the data needed to verify if this is a bug.
