Why in Monitor>Application tab only appears Applications from only certain SSIDs and not from others?

Hi guys! The applications tab, only shows Apps from certain SSID, and for example it doesn't show any data of open SSIDs. Is that normal? Apps' tab only shows application from not open SSIDs?

Hello,

Are these SSIDs in the same network policy?

In the network policy -> Additional Settings -> Device Data Collection -> Do you have "Application Visibility and Control" & "Statistics Collection" enabled? If so, what is the "Collect Statistics" interval?

Hi David!

Yes, It is enabled and it has 10 minutes on collect interval time

If you're still having this issue, please collect tech data from an AP that is broadcasting all SSIDs in question and send that to communityhelp@aerohive.com so we can review it for you.
