I am trying to add a new AP 650 but it does not connect to the Hive manager, cli sh capwap client shows all the right values as my other 50+ aps, but this one does not register. Have tried to remove and add again and have reset the AP any help is appreciated

This guide reviews how to troubleshoot an AP that won't connect to the HiveManager, including checking if it has internet access, if the VLAN it's on is active, how to set a DNS, IP, and default gateway manually, etc: https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/CAPWAP-Guide-for-HiveManager-NG

If those steps don't resolve the issue, you'll likely want to submit a request for an RMA.
