What is the destination IP Address I tell my ISP to open up UDP Port 12222.

Any other firewall info i need to tell them as all my Access Points are disconnected because this port is blocked currently.

That depends a bit on what RDC you're on, if you can tell me what your HiveManager URL is up to aerohive.com, I can tell you the IP scope we'd need to allow. You'll also want to allow our redirector, 54.172.0.252 (redirector.aerohive.com).

To find the IP score for your HiveManager yourself if you'd like, we'd want to ping your HiveManager URL address to find the IP address you're currently using. So if your URL says, for example, cloud.VA2.aerohive.com, we'd ping this address to get the IP address.

Then take this IP and navigate to whois.com (google "who is free", click the first link), enter the IP you just found in the search box, find the CIDR field and this will tell you the scope of IPs that you need to allow.

Thanks very much for the URL, the scope you'd want to allow is going to be- 34.248.0.0/13

Thank you I have passed this information onto our ISP (RM Broadband).

I did call up Aerohive support last week who told me to make the changes below which my ISP did and now I can see 2 AP's in the Console but not the other 10 AP's I have. Hopefully with your updated information this will allow me to see all AP's in the console?
