Backup-Server for HivemanagerNG on Prem

Hello there,

we are migrating our HM Classic to NG at the moment and we are trying to set up the Backup -Service. In Classic you could just enter a Remote Site with FTP but it seems that this is not possible anymore in NG. Is there any option to save Backups to an external Server?

You should be able to click on the silhouette icon in to the top right corner of ECIQ> Global Settings> VIQ Management> Export VIQ> and then save that file wherever you'd like. Is that what you're looking for?

With HM Classic it's possible to schedule a recurring backup to a backup server. With ECIQ it's only possible to download that export manually. That's a step backward and nearly unbelievable.
