When I used to interact with an engineer all the case notes would be online in the ticket. Old cases are missing the notes and as are new tickets. Please bring this back. It will save you time if our people can review our old tickets.. Thanks

Hello, when you open a case you'll be on the "Details" tab. If you move over to the "Related" tab, you should see your case notes and be able to add new case comments.
