Where are the release notes for the latest 8.2r2 patch?

We can't find the details of the latest HiveManager 8.2r2 patch. HiveManager reports: "Successfully patched cwp, idm and golden image issues." What are the issues?

In general you should be able to find any release notes by searching for "Release notes" in the HiveManager help file. You can find this in HiveManager (formerly NG) by clicking on the question mark icon on the right hand side of most HiveManager screens. You can find this in HiveManager Classic by going to Help> HiveManager Help.

Thank you for your reply Sam, but this was not about the 8.2r2 HiveManager release.

It's about the PATCH you can apply to the HiveManager 8.2r2. This file is listed in the downloads menu " hivemanager-8.2r2-patch* ".

I'm sorry for the confusion, I have been asking around today but it looks like we don't have specific release notes for the patch. Could you attach a screen shot or a link to where you are seeing that description of the patch? I'll do my best to find you more information on this in the mean time.

Thank you for your patience while we looked in to this for you. I have received more details on the fixes that were implemented. The IDM issue refers to an issue with registering for an IDM trial (which is only a function when using HiveManager Classic), which has been resolved in this patch. The golden image issue refers to an issue we were seeing while using the golden image where IDM self registration CWPs were using default configs when they shouldn't (this also only applies to HiveManager Classic), but this has also been resolved. Is there anything else I can help you with or clarify?
