The entitlement key issue

Our company is using some Aerohive devices from your company

We manage this with HiveManager controller

They worked ok until last week when they asked us to enter an entitlement key

I tried to enter my license key but it shows: "Close Unable to validate the entitlement key (xxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxx). This entitlement key has already been used by another system.

As I know the license key is unlimited time, isn't it? How could I fix the issue?

We do have some keys that are perpetual and some that expire. Generally perpetual keys are for on premises installments, where as keys that expire typically belong to online HiveManager instances. This did change a bit around October of last year, but I just wanted to give you some background. If you can send the key you are trying to enter to communityhelp@aerohive.com, I can let you know what kind of key we're working with and what the next steps would be moving forward.
