      <title>Onboarding Failure</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Day,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am having issues with onboarding of an AP 130 and 250 in a newly installed HiveManager NG environment.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The onboarding process fails with the following message "Device already onboarded"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However neither devices appears in the "Monitor" view.&amp;nbsp;Is there something I am missing?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ruairi&lt;/P&gt;</description>
