      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey Marie,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can navigate to "Manage" and "Users" or "Clients" to see your currently connected clients or historically connected clients and then use the filter criteria to identify the date/time that you are looking for.  From that same page you can download that information it to csv spreadsheet.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
