Is there any way to run a set of commands or to execute a script file in aerohive CLI interface? I mean, to run all the configuration commands at once, not one-by-one

We have supplemental CLI, which will run a command or many command each time the AP is updated/rebooted. Is that what you are looking for?

Unfortunately I don't think there is a similar feature in Connect, you'd want to upgrade to Select for that. You could use a program called super putty that allows you to run commands on multiple devices at once, but you'd still be running the commands manually. Sorry I don't have a better answer for you here.
