I have a customer who runs aerohive AP 130 and Hivemanager NG. When we try to upgrade his APs one of them fails. Tried to reboot, reboot to backup. Tried to reset to factory default. but no luck with getting upgraded hiveos. All devices runs 8.2r4 except this one that runs 6.5r1b. I thought I should download and upgrade manually, but all download pages are blank for me. How to get this device up and running again?

I would suggest going through the web UI of the AP to manually update the device. If you can let me know what HiveOS version specifically you'd like to go to, I can email that firmware file to you direct so you can update. Here is a guide that reviews how to update an AP via the web UI: https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/Upgrading-AP-firmware-via-web-UI
