HiveManager NG import

Hi,

I've got two issues.

I have been trying to export PPSK Users from Classic to NG, but out of 700 odd users only about 450 could be imported. I have checked all username/password and character limitations, which seems ok and actually created a manual user with the same information, but can't import them.
On the NG platform, I've also tried to import device inventory through csv files but it gives out local DB error and had to manually enter through serial #s and then configuring them.

Has anyone experienced similar issues or observations and how to get around them.

I would encourage you to open a technical support case and attach the file you are trying to import so we can test this in our lab and find the cause of the failure.
