Hi,i have AP230.

Current Hiveos Vision :6.4r1e

Device Update Failed in Hivemanager :

"The Aerohive device was unable to save the image to flash memory..."

This could be caused by that HiveOS is too old and still using the TLS 1.0 to connect to XIQ. TLS 1.0 was disabled on XIQ 2 years ago.

You may need to download the HOS image (8.2rX or 10.0rX) from the Extreme portal, then use the AP GUI (NetConfig) or CLI (save image ...) to upgrade the image manually.
