Connect is Cloud only, therefore you cannot download it as an on-premise solution.

Then on initial setup just select the "Connect" option.

Before installing HiveManager, I was thinking that it is a simple procedure, like download register and run but there are some other things to do in order to make it work. Before you can install the HiveManager NG Virtual Appliance, you must first install VMware vCenter 5.5 or later. vCenter is required to configure your IP address, DNS, and host name for your virtual appliance. You'd better search on the internet a manual that will help you, because I did the same way.
