Would you be able to enable auth debugs on the AP the client will originally connect to, then replicate the issue, then pull tech data and send the tech data and MAC address of the test client to me at communityhelp@aerohive.com for review?

This guide reviews how to enable auth debugs: https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/Authentication-Auth-Debugs

These guides walk you through how to get tech data, depending on which management platform you're using:

ExtremeCloud IQ (formerly HiveManager NG): https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/How-to-download-tech-data-in-HiveManager

HiveManager Classic: https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/How-to-download-tech-data-in-Classic

Device CLI: https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/Collecting-Tech-Data-via-CLI

This guide will walk you through how to determine which management platform you are using, for reference: https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/Which-HiveManager-Platform-am-I-using

I'm seeing this same warning on an ap230 I'm troubleshooting. Any idea if this was resolved or if this is caused by any known issues?
