Hi, I would like if is possible and how to could chose the ap roaming trip.

My case is:

I have 12 APs and I want to force the roaming trip, I mean I want that AP-1 only can do roaming with AP-2. AP-2 only with AP-1 and AP-3.....Is it possible?

I'd imagine this is not possible as the APs do not handle/decide how/when/where a client device roams. The clients make up 99% of those decisions with the infrastructure only able to urge somewhat (via band steering, load balancing, etc.).

I would suggest adding an SSID, unless you have two or more already, and push it to only the APs you want these clients to connect. Kind of a workaround for your situation.
