Aerohive AP150w device Wi-Fi not working

Hello Support Team,

We have purchase Aerohive AP150w device and serial no 01501709080314. I have successfully configure and register Aerohive AP150w with cloud HiveManager and device is online but device do not broadcast wireless SSID and wireless signal. So please look it this issue and resolve ASAP.

If you run 'show int', do you see both radios up? Also, if you run 'show ssid', do you see your ssids listed?

The ap doesn't have an SSIDs on it, 'show ssid' should show you the SSIDs the ap is configured with. Looks like the initial update failed. Do you see device update failed messages on monitor?

show ssid commmand is not working. please see the below image. and i am not getting any failed messages on monitor.

The command's not failing, you'd see an error if it were. There is no output because the ap doesn't know about an SSIDs. If you use "show run" you'll see the configuration that's on the ap now, that would be another way to confirm this.
