Thanks, so if I dont have access to the manager download the only way is cloud? Can I get access to the download for manager?

You would need to purchase either partner or select support to get access to our downloads section in Hive Community. Could you send the serial number to me at communityhelp@aerohive.com, along with a sales order from Aerohive or proof of purchase if you purchased from someone other than Aerohive?
