Hi Dom, thanks for reaching out. I found the old record for that device, we'll need to get permission from the original owner before I can remove it. Previous owner was the challenge network charity and they went under. That probably will not help

Thank you for the heads up, I reached out to the old account team instead but it doesn't look like they're going to be able to help us either. The next step would be to engage our sales team so they can help you with a transfer of ownership without previous owner permission. If you can let me know generally where you're located, I can find a local sales engineer to assist you with this request.
