My guess would be that they're using a channel that you device is not able to use (such as 165).

First to see if the AP is broadcasting:

Monitor > Select the APs > Actions > Advanced > CLI Access >enter command "show interface" to see if the state is up and which channel it's currently using.

Secondly if it is using a channel such as 165 go to monitor > Clients > Click on your device and scroll down to maximum client capabilities to see which channels your device supports.

If this theory is correct then you may wish to disable unii3 channels from the radio profile.

Hi guys

I have a NG Select with an AP122 and an ATOM. I have set up all According to training a partner. The partner has also checked everything and says it is correct.

Now I have tested the network at home via inSSIDer and don't see a 5Ghz WLAN.

Not near the atom (mesh), but also not near the AP122 (wired)

Thank you for your tips.

Cheers, M
